In accordance with Boy Scouts of America regulations: Our pack is required to file a tour permit for all events outside
 of regular meetings. In addition, if your scout is being cared for by another parent and is being transported
 to or from an official Scout event, a signed permission slip must be provided to the responsible family.
This is for all events at all times-Den and Pack levels.
